Assessment of a potential Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis for children involves the combination of an extensive interview, psychological performance-based tasks, and parent-report questionnaires completed across multiple visits. Sometimes self-report and/or teacher report measures are also included, depending on the age of the child. This process identifies the presence of inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that may be adversely affecting your child's academics and day-to-day life.
