Executive functioning skills are what we use to self-regulate, plan, organize, and learn from our mistakes. Some children, especially those with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or depression can struggle with executive functioning skills in school and at home. This can look like forgetting assignments, becoming easily distracted, explosive emotional reactions, or feeling overwhelmed by and avoiding basic tasks. This group will provide parents with resources to identify and better understand executive skills strengths and challenges and develop practical strategies to support their child's development.

Sessions will be held virtually for 8 weeks.
