Bill DeJoy

Bill DeJoy, LCSW-R is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing therapy services for adolescents and adults at Freedom First Psychological Services, PLLC. Bill has experience and enjoys working with college students, couples, and people in times of life transition (new marriage, grief, new job, etc.).

Bill received his Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans. Over the course of Bill’s 25-year career in the human service industry, he has worked with a wide variety of individuals and their families struggling with mental health and substance abuse difficulties. In addition, Bill has presented educational trainings throughout New York State on topics such as: Adolescent Behaviors, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Trauma Informed Care.
