Blakely Brown
Blakely is a Mental Health Counseling Intern with her Bachelors in Psychology. She is working to receive her Masters degree from the University at Albany.
During her undergraduate years, Blakely also worked as a Peer Wellness Coach through the Middle Earth organization. She currently works at Schoharie County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse as the Family Support Navigator.
Blakely enjoys helping clients find meaning and connections in their life by using different perspective taking methods. She helps clients stay grounded in the present and focus on the here-and-now as they work through difficult emotions. She practices cultural humility and has a client centered approach to meet the needs of each individual she is working with.
