Brianna Furer

Brianna is a Mental Health Counseling Intern in her final year at Iona College. She previously attended University at Albany (SUNY), where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Brianna has previously worked at St. Anne Institute, where she was involved in providing services in residential care. She has worked primarily with adolescents between the ages of 12-19 in the residential setting.

Brianna has focused her studies and practices with clients on being based in action-oriented techniques while also providing a safe space to move through difficult emotions. She has both academic and practical experience in trauma-informed care.
