Brittany Arnold is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy services for children/adolescents and adults at Freedom First Psychological Services.
Brittany specializes in working with adolescents and adults, particularly those struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, mood instability, and addiction. Brittany is proficient with multiple treatment approaches and strives to utilize the approach that best suits the needs and goals of each individual client. Such treatment approaches include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative play therapy, relapse prevention planning, and mindfulness-based practices.
Brittany graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Russell Sage College and received her Master’s Degree from Sage Graduate School for Counseling and Community Psychology.
Brittany has developed an array of clinical expertise through experience in a wide variety of settings in the field of mental health treatment, including an outpatient treatment program that addressed both mental health and substance abuse needs, an inpatient psychiatric center, and a residential treatment center for adolescent boys. Her experience in the mental health field has provided her a diverse clinical background to offer expertise clients as they seek to make progress towards meeting their goals and live a more fulfilled life.
