Elizabeth Brown is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern pursuing her Master’s degree at Liberty University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from Utica University. 

 

Elizabeth currently works as a youth athletes coach for children and adolescents in various locations throughout the Capital Region. Elizabeth is trained in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and certified in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers. 

 

Elizabeth facilitates a safe, affirming, and collaborative environment that fosters hope and resilience. She works to empower and bring desirable change to her clients’ lives. While she has an integrative theoretical approach to the therapeutic process, she primarily utilizes Adlerian and CBT interventions.
