Jessica Leduc, BCBA/ACAS

Jessica Leduc is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS), and our Autism Services Coordinator. She oversees our ABA Services and the Freedom First Autism Center. Jessica is also a member of the evaluation team as a Testing Assistant, providing the ADOS-2 and IQ evaluations.


Jessica holds multiple degrees, including her Master's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from The Sage Colleges, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. Currently, Jessica is earning her doctorate at Nova Southeastern University in special education with a specialization in autism.


Jessica has over ten years of experience providing behavioral health services to individuals in multiple capacities, such as psychiatric inpatient settings, in-home 1:1 ABA services, and outpatient therapy. Jessica specializes in working with children with autism, as well as with families and parents of children with autism. She has focused much of her academic career studying the systemic impact of raising a child with autism, concentrating on parental experiences.


Jessica is a member of the American Psychological Association (div. 7, 17, 25, and 35), the American Counseling Association, the International Honor Society in Psychology (PSI CHI), New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA), the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), the New York State Associate for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA), and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
