Testing for OPWDD Eligibility

OPWDD and other types of services for individuals with developmental disabilities often require certain testing to be completed to determine eligibility. Diagnoses that would qualify for these services commonly include Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. Adolescents and adults who have a previous diagnosis of Autism or Intellectual Disability and require updated testing for eligibility documentation can complete the required IQ/Cognitive testing, ABAS-3, and ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R as needed.

*Please note that we do not complete initial Autism evaluations for anyone over the age of 15. We are able to complete re-evaluations for eligibility for services for anyone over the age of 15 with a documented diagnosis of Autism. Documentation of previous diagnosis must be provided during the intake process.
