Sierra Lynch

Sierra is a Doctoral intern, providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults.


Sierra has had a variety of previous experiences in working with clients, including as a mental health counselor with children and families in the foster care system, working with LGBTQ+ youth, eating disorders, and grief and bereavement. She has worked with clients both in home and at outpatient settings.


Sierra completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of Saint Rose. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology at Keuka College. During her time at Keuka College, Sierra gained experience in working in the court system, in a maximum security psychiatric facility, and an inpatient program for geriatric patients.


Sierra’s approach to therapy is inform by a psychodynamic lens; however, she integrates techniques and ideals from existential and cognitive behavioral frameworks. She treats her clients with a trauma-informed and strengths based approach.


Sierra’s therapy services are private pay at a reduced rate.
